We spend 24/7 in the world’s most dangerous place, our own minds.
Allowing our thoughts to wander can lead us to dangerous territories. Being caught in our own heads turns us into harsh self-critics.
From the outside, it appears as though everyone has their lives together, exhibiting mental stability. In a world bombarding us with images of flawlessness, where individuals seem invincible to life’s challenges, this constant exposure can foster self-doubt.
I believe everyone resides in one of three life phases: entering a storm, enduring a storm, or emerging from a storm. Life presents an ongoing mental struggle, and nobody is immune to the unsettling places our minds can wander, particularly when plagued by negative thoughts.
